These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Ashanti's Golden Birthday 5K event website (the "Site") and any SMS text messaging program associated with this event. By submitting an RSVP and/or opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This Site is operated solely for the purpose of coordinating RSVPs and communications for Ashanti's Golden Birthday 5K event on October 17, 2026, in Baltimore, MD. Use of this Site constitutes agreement to these Terms.
