- Date and time your RSVP was submitted
We collect only the information necessary to coordinate this event. You are not required to provide a phone number or email address to RSVP.

Information collected through this Site is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To record and manage your RSVP for the event
- To order and allocate the correct t-shirt sizes for event participants
- To send event-related SMS text messages if you opted in (see Section 3)
- To contact you via email or phone about event updates, if needed
- To post-event communication (e.g., a thank-you message)
We do not use your information for any marketing, advertising, or commercial purpose unrelated to this event.
3. SMS Text Messaging
If you opt into SMS communications by checking the consent box on the RSVP form:
- Your mobile phone number will be used to send up to 3 event-related text messages via Twilio, a third-party messaging service provider.
- Messages may include an event confirmation, a pre-event reminder, and a post-event thank-you.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

- Opting out of SMS does not affect your RSVP or event attendance.
- Consent to SMS is never a condition of RSVPing or attending.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Twilio, Inc. — used solely to deliver SMS text messages to guests who have opted in. Twilio processes phone numbers only for message delivery and does not use them for any other purpose.
- No other third parties receive your personal information.
5. Data Retention
RSVP data — including names, contact information, and shirt sizes — is retained for the duration of the event planning period and for up to 30 days following the event (October 17, 2026), after which all personal data will be permanently deleted.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Your data is stored in a secure database and is accessible only to the event organizer.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
